Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

Sushi et Lait, based in Indonesia, is responsible for the information described in this policy. You can reach us with the contact details at the end of this page.

2. Information we collect

• Purchases: when you buy a digital product we collect your email address and the details of the order (product, price, date, payment provider and its reference). We never see or store your card number or your PayPal login: payments are handled by Stripe or PayPal.
• Messages: if you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive the information you send us.
• Reviews: if you post a review, your name (or nickname) and your text are shown publicly on the site.
• Visits: we count visits to understand how the site is used. We record the page viewed, the website you came from, your country, your device type (mobile or desktop) and the time of the visit. We do not store your IP address. To count unique visitors we use an anonymous identifier that changes every day and cannot be used to identify you.

3. Cookies and similar storage

• We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
• Your language choice (English or Bahasa) is saved in your browser so the site remembers it.
• When you post a review, we set a small cookie for up to 7 days to limit spam.

4. How we use your information

• To deliver your purchase and give you your download link.
• To reply to your messages and to carry out commissioned work.
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse.
• To understand how the site is used and to improve it.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

5. Services we rely on

We do not sell your personal information.

• Cloudflare: hosting, storage and security of the site. As the network that delivers the site, it handles your IP address.
• Stripe and PayPal: payment processing, under their own privacy policies.
• WhatsApp (Meta): if you contact us there.
• Google Fonts: the site loads its typefaces from Google, which may receive your IP address and browser details when a page loads.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes and so that you can download your purchase again. Visit statistics do not contain personal information. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see section 8), unless the law requires us to keep it.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, such as storing payment credentials encrypted and using private download links. No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Your rights

In line with applicable law, including Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022), you can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Contact us and we will reply as soon as we can.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
