Terms of Service

1. Design projects (branding, editorial design, collage art)

• Projects are arranged by message (for example on WhatsApp). Before work starts, we agree in writing the scope, the number of revisions, the timeline and the price.
• You confirm that you have the right to use any text, images, logos or other material you send us, and you are responsible for it.
• Once the project is paid in full, you receive the rights to use the final delivered designs as agreed for your project. Until then, the work remains ours.
• Unless we agree otherwise, we may show the finished work in our portfolio and on our social media.

2. Digital products (Canva templates)

• When you buy a template, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own projects and for finished designs you make for your own clients.
• You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload or sublicense the template files themselves, alone or as part of another product, and you may not present them as your own original template.
• Your download link is personal. Please do not share it.

3. Merchandise

Merchandise is ordered by message. The price, availability, shipping and payment method are confirmed with you in the conversation before you pay.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in the currency listed on each product.
• Online payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. Their fees, currency conversion and any taxes that apply to your payment are set by them and by the law of your country.
• Your order is complete once the payment provider confirms the payment.

5. Delivery of digital products

After your payment is confirmed, you can download your purchase immediately from the confirmation page. The download link stays valid for 30 days from the purchase.

6. No refunds

Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. If a file is damaged, incomplete or you could not download it, contact us and we will fix it or send you a working copy.

7. Intellectual property

The designs, texts, images and templates on this site belong to Sushi et Lait or are used with permission. You may not copy or use them except as these terms allow.

8. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the site, attempt to break it, or collect its content automatically.
• Reviews must be honest and free of links, spam and offensive content. We may remove reviews that break these rules.

9. Our responsibility

The site and its content are provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service concerned.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If a disagreement arises, we will first try to solve it with you in good faith.
